Gillian Gan has over ten years of experience in the product development of medical devices. Prior to Inspiring, Gillian was a systems engineer and project manager at an ASX listed consultancy specializing in complex and safety critical medical products. In these roles, she provided technical leadership and project management on a diverse range of products for Australian and international clients. Notable projects include a Class III external pacing device, intravenous drug delivery system, dry powdered inhaler device and catheter navigation device.  She has also previously held engineering roles in the design and contract manufacturing of in-vitro diagnostic instruments at a global organisation in the commercial-scale diagnostic and, vital cell and gene therapies sector. Gillian has a Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering (Honours) from Monash University and Bachelor of Science from Curtin University.
